Assistant Professor in the Department of Geodesy and Surveying at the School of Rural and Surveying Engineering of AUTh since 2023 and a member of the Laboratory of Topography (LabTop). His main scientific interests are related to the processing and analysis of GNSS satellite data, geodetic networks for monitoring the earth’s crust, and their impact on the implementation of terrestrial geodetic reference frames. He is also involved in the estimation of tropospheric products from GNSS data with applications in atmospheric and climate sciences. In the past, he has worked as a research assistant at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens. Author of more than 90 publications with over 250 citations. Member of 3 international working groups under the responsibility of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), (AI for Geodetic Deformation Monitoring, Time-dependent transfor mations between reference frames, European Dense Velocities) and a member of international scientific associations such as: IAG, IUGG, and FIG. Reviewer for international scientific journals, such as, e.g., Geophysical Research Letters, GPS Solutions, Scientific Reports – Nature, Remote Sensing, Journal of Applied Geodesy, etc.
